GenAI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design and develop AI agents utilizing LangChain, CrewAI, or AutoGen for high-level enterprise applications.

• Create modular code for task breakdown, memory management, and API tool integration.

• Work closely with AI strategists and architects on project design and MVP delivery.

• Execute testing and refinement of agent behavior using LLM APIs and embeddings.

• Engage in internal code reviews, documentation, and the development of reusable frameworks.

• Assist in pre-sales demonstrations and client innovation workshops with practical prototypes.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI, or a related discipline. A PhD is preferred for architect-level positions.

• Over 3 years of experience in AI/ML, with recent involvement in agentic systems and practical development of LLM-based applications.

• Solid experience with Python and orchestration libraries like LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, AutoGen, or equivalents.

• Comprehensive understanding of LLMs (GPT, Claude, LLaMA, Mistral, etc.), prompt engineering, agent memory, tool invocation, and autonomous task execution.

• Background in supporting RFP/RFI processes and creating proposals within a consulting or enterprise services context.

• Familiarity with enterprise solutions using cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP), API integration, and best practices for data security.

• Outstanding communication and consulting skills, capable of presenting solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.

• Strong skills in programming languages including Python, Java, Spring, Maven, JSON, and Object-Oriented Programming.

• Practical experience with cognitive architectures, planning-based agents, or reinforcement learning in real-world implementations.

• Experience integrating AI agents into enterprise applications such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, SAP, or custom applications via APIs.
