GenAI Engineer – AI Agents, Automation

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Implementation of AI agents in operational settings

• Creation of new AI agents based on specific requirements

• Guaranteeing the stability and effectiveness of AI agents in practice

• Configuration, maintenance, and optimization of existing GenAI applications

• Conducting tests on prompts, logic, and workflows

• Keeping track of new AI tools and technological advancements

• Assessing and testing new methodologies in practice

⛳️ Requirements

• Several years of experience in operational or technical roles (e.g., within IT project environments, automation, or related fields)

• A minimum of one to two years of hands-on experience in deploying AI applications within a corporate environment

• Proficiency in configuring, operating, or further developing AI applications

• Knowledge of prompt engineering

• Ability to make decisive technical decisions

• Organized and independent working approach

• Fluent communication skills in German (C2 level) and English (at least B2 level)
