Gen AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Greece.

📋 Description

• Become a part of an expanding team and contribute to the design, development, and deployment of next-generation AI-driven solutions.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, architects, data engineers, and customer representatives.

• Create scalable and production-ready AI applications.

• Participate in occasional meetings and workshops at customer locations in Athens.

⛳️ Requirements

• Excellent proficiency in Python.

• Experience in developing scalable backend services and integrating AI solutions.

• Practical experience in prompt engineering and utilizing LLM models.

• Familiarity with integrating OpenAI APIs (Completions, Assistants) and comparable AI services.

• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) architectures.

• Experience with Azure AI Search or similar vector search technologies.

• Background with Microsoft Agent Framework, LangChain, Promptflow, or equivalent frameworks.

• Understanding of AI orchestration pipelines and agent-based architectures.

• Insight into LLM lifecycle management.

• Experience in monitoring, assessing, and optimizing Gen AI applications.

• Familiarity with model versioning, experimentation, and deployment processes.

• Proficiency in C#, Java, or React is considered a significant advantage.

• Experience in delivering conventional Machine Learning projects.

• Understanding of both supervised and unsupervised learning techniques.

• Experience with model management and deployment pipelines.

• Knowledge in data preprocessing, feature engineering, and dataset preparation.

• Experience with Microsoft Azure or other cloud platforms is a plus.

• Familiarity with cloud-native AI services is a plus.

• Experience with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) is a plus.

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and automated deployment processes is a plus.

• Understanding of Responsible AI principles, governance, and ethical AI practices is a plus.
