This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.
• Optimize and implement gaming campaigns aimed at achieving clients’ objectives, enhancing revenue and engagement by retargeting both active and inactive payers, while driving incremental conversions through various industry-specific technological tools, measurement, attribution, and analytics partnerships.
• Serve as the technical authority, prepared to offer solutions and develop strategies to address complex client challenges, while fostering internal technical expertise.
• Maintain daily communication and provide advisory support for commercial, traffic, creative, and other internal teams to devise solutions for a variety of issues.
• Assist in refining clients' advertising strategies and deliver relevant recommendations for retargeting.
• Continuously enhance industry understanding and remain informed about digital advertising trends, with a particular emphasis on the mobile gaming advertising landscape.
• Oversee the creation of advertising materials, such as dynamic ad banners, among others.
• Modify campaign parameters and assess the impact of these adjustments on performance outcomes.
• Collaborate closely with account managers to ensure high standards of prompt customer service.
• Suggest solutions for the development of new relevant tools and processes.
• Experience in the ad tech mobile gaming growth advertising sector, particularly in in-app gaming performance retargeting and re-engagement campaigns, as well as the RTB process from a full-service (managed) DSP standpoint.
• Strong analytical capabilities, enabling efficient problem-solving and the ability to manage all technical issues autonomously.
• Proficiency in collaborating with MMPs and other integration and data analytics tools.
• Knowledge of JavaScript or another programming language is a distinct advantage.
• Excellent time management skills, attention to detail, and perceptiveness.
• Ability to collaborate and communicate effectively and succinctly with various internal stakeholders, delivering exceptional results in a fast-paced, time-sensitive environment while thoroughly understanding customer needs and requirements.
• A strong results-oriented mindset, consultative approach, and the capability to work independently with a positive, proactive attitude in an international setting.
• Advanced proficiency in the MS Office suite, alongside customer support and project management tools and processes.
• Capacity for multitasking, resourcefulness, and a high level of energy and motivation.
• Fluent English is essential, while proficiency in any additional language is advantageous.
