Games Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Oversee the daily management of the casino lobby and game selection.

• Enhance game placement, categorization, and the overall experience for players.

• Utilize internal tools for the administration of games, providers, and content.

• Coordinate the launch of games across various brands and markets.

• Evaluate games and player experiences to ensure a smooth interaction.

• Track game performance and pinpoint areas for enhancement.

• Gather and analyze player feedback to recommend product improvements.

• Investigate game-related issues, facilitate bug fixes, and liaise with appropriate teams.

• Collaborate with prominent game providers and casino aggregators on both operational and commercial aspects.

• Maintain internal documentation, tracking systems, and operational procedures.

• Work in close partnership with Product, CRM, Customer Support, Operations, and external collaborators.

⛳️ Requirements

• Prior experience in iGaming, encompassing roles in Customer Support, VIP Support, Operations, CRM, QA, Game Operations, or related fields.

• A genuine enthusiasm for casino games.

• Comprehension of player behavior and the overall player experience.

• Proficient in working with data and making decisions based on analysis.

• Strong analytical skills and meticulous attention to detail.

• Quick learner of new tools and systems.

• Exceptional organizational abilities.

• Native or fluent proficiency in Russian.

• Proficiency in English at a B2 level or above.
