This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Lead and coordinate intricate scheduling and resource distribution to enhance team coverage and productivity.
• Standardize and scale comprehensive workflows to improve departmental efficiency and output.
• Provide focused mentorship and performance management for direct reports, emphasizing goal setting and team growth.
• Manage essential pre-match operations, synchronizing risk mitigation strategies with the Trading and Optimization teams.
• Partner with senior leadership to implement market expansion and other Trading Data Platform initiatives.
• Act as a key contributor representing Game Operations on high-priority, company-wide projects.
• Function as the primary point of contact for resolving complex operational challenges in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional attention to detail with the ability to apply this skill effectively.
• Capability to analyze multiple streams of information simultaneously and make informed decisions in a highly time-sensitive setting.
• Skill in elevating from routine operations to enhance departmental efficiency, capacity planning, and scaling efforts.
• Strong time management skills, dependability, and the ability to meet critical deadlines.
• Experience in balancing leadership roles while collaborating within a team to achieve common objectives.
• Profound understanding of DFS, sports gaming sectors, and the dynamics of player projection markets.
• Willingness to work nights and weekends to provide leadership support as necessary.
• Robust mathematical and analytical abilities, with a talent for translating data into actionable operational strategies.
• Capability to follow direction from Game Operations leadership.
• Must be eligible for all required licenses, as applicable.
