This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Create, simulate, and calibrate sophisticated mathematical models for slots and iGaming titles.

• Develop clean, efficient, and robust Java code to construct math engines, game logic components, and high-fidelity simulation frameworks.

• Collaborate closely as a vital member of the core team, working alongside graphics artists, sound designers, backend developers, and product managers.

• Perform trillions of simulated game rounds to rigorously test your models.

• Analyze live game metrics, revenue models, and player spin telemetry with precise, analytical scrutiny.

• Produce clear and concise mathematical specification documents and paytables.

• An exceptional analytical mind with outstanding expertise in probability theory, combinatorics, and statistical modeling.

• Extensive hands-on experience in writing and deploying clean code in Java.

• A deep, intuitive understanding of what makes an iGaming title thrilling, volatile, and engaging for players.

• Availability throughout the week to manage real-time simulation adjustments, launch validations, and urgent mathematical revisions.
