Fund Administration Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Assist in the preparation and evaluation of ETF regulatory submissions and fund reports.

• Maintain and reconcile data related to funds.

• Facilitate interactions with investment advisors, custodians, auditors, and other internal and external parties.

• Leverage Excel and other financial tools to effectively analyze fund data.

• Oversee ETF operational workflows and ensure adherence to SEC regulations.

• Collaborate with fund accountants and external service providers to resolve inquiries and manage operational tasks and challenges.

• Continuously adjust priorities based on changing deadlines and client requirements.

• Contribute to improvements in processes and advancements in technology for workflows related to fund administration.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred.

• Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities with a capacity to swiftly and effectively adjust priorities.

• Proficient in Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, Power BI, and data analysis.

• Capable of working under tight deadlines in a high-volume setting.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to engage with internal and external stakeholders, including senior management.

• Experience in fund administration, ETF operations, or financial services is advantageous.

• Familiarity with SEC regulatory requirements for funds is beneficial but not mandatory.
