Functional Analyst – Procurement Processes

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional assistance for Procurement and Materials Management operations

• Evaluate, troubleshoot, and address functional incidents and inquiries

• Aid in system configuration and parameter settings in line with business requirements

• Collect and document functional specifications

• Create functional specifications and technical documentation

• Conduct functional testing and assist in user acceptance/homologation processes

• Engage in implementation, enhancement, and support projects for solutions

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and stakeholders to ensure quality delivery

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree obtained or currently pursuing in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related areas

• Experience in providing functional support within ERP systems

• Familiarity with the SAP MM (Materials Management) module

• Understanding of purchasing processes, materials management, requisitions, purchase orders, material master data, and inventory movements

• Comprehension of Procurement and Inventory Management processes

• Strong analytical skills, organizational abilities, and a focus on problem-solving

• Effective communication skills and capability to work within multidisciplinary teams

• Knowledge of integrations between SAP MM and the FI, SD, and WM/EWM modules is an advantage

• Experience in SAP implementation, rollout, or support projects is a plus

• Familiarity with ITIL methodologies or service management is beneficial

• Intermediate English proficiency is a plus
