This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

• Oversee comprehensive Coupa implementations across various modules, including procurement, invoicing, sourcing, contracts, inventory, and expenses.

• Configure the Coupa platform by managing forms, approval workflows, catalogs, cXML, punchout, tax, currency, and chart of accounts structures.

• Develop and execute strategies for data migration, including suppliers, COA, open POs, and contracts.

• Collaborate with ERP and integration teams (SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Workday) to define and validate system interfaces.

• Manage testing cycles encompassing unit, integration, and UAT; monitor and resolve defects.

• Provide support during post-go-live hypercare, ensuring stabilization and fostering continuous improvement.

• Facilitate discovery workshops, document requirements, and conduct fit-gap analyses in alignment with Coupa best practices.

• Establish trusted advisor relationships with stakeholders in procurement, finance, and IT.

• Clearly communicate project status, risks, and decisions to both working teams and executives.

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in ERP, Supply Chain, or Financial ERP implementation, having completed at least two full project lifecycles.

• At least 1 year of Coupa experience across a minimum of two full project lifecycles.

• Strong knowledge of procure-to-pay (P2P) and source-to-contract (S2C) processes.

• Proficient in writing functional specifications and requirements documentation.

• Capable of facilitating workshops and effectively communicating with both technical and executive audiences.

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Information Systems, or a related field.
