Fullstack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop the AI-driven internal platform that is utilized daily by every Alaner to navigate the organization, gain context, and take action.

• Create and deploy intelligent agents that streamline real organizational workflows, including onboarding, knowledge retrieval, performance alignment, and decision support.

• Implement large language models (LLMs) in production for structured reasoning, autonomous task execution, and seamless integration with internal tools.

• Establish the foundational elements and abstractions of AI-native work, creating scalable patterns that can be applied across all teams and countries where Alan operates.

• Substitute generic tools (HRIS, performance reviews, IAM) with tailored, Alan-native software that aligns with our culture.

• Construct and expand our Identity & Access Management (IAM), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and user lifecycle management across more than 25 systems.

• Partner with product, design, security, and leadership teams to translate Alan's cultural principles into software that enhances those values.

⛳️ Requirements

• Software engineers of varying experience levels, preferably with backend or full-stack expertise.

• Truly passionate about AI and excited to investigate what LLMs, agents, and retrieval systems can achieve within a real product.

• Comfortable working in a dynamic environment where established abstractions may not yet exist.

• Proficient in object-oriented programming languages (Python, Java, C#) and contemporary web technologies.

• Proficient in English (French is an advantage but not mandatory).

• Inquisitive, self-motivated, humble, collaborative, and enthusiastic about personal growth.
