Fullstack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Take specifications and features from concept to production, encompassing backend, frontend, testing, and deployment.

• Write Gherkin tests prior to coding; a claim without a supporting test is non-existent.

• Integrate AI tools (Claude, Claude Code, MCP) into your daily workflow rather than treating them as experiments.

• Actively participate in technical decision-making: propose ideas, raise questions, and seek improvements.

• Manage sensitive information (SSNs, EINs, bank accounts, cap tables) with the utmost seriousness, ensuring security, tenant isolation, auditability, and mask-on-read practices.

• Work closely with the team to fully grasp the problem before attempting to provide a solution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive fullstack experience in both backend and frontend within production settings.

• Strong expertise in React / Next.js (App Router, RSC) and TypeScript.

• Knowledge of asynchronous, event-driven architectures and RESTful API design.

• Proficiency with PostgreSQL and ORMs (SQLAlchemy, Prisma, or similar).

• Experience in writing tests, including unit, integration, and ideally BDD/Gherkin.

• Architectural-level understanding of Python (not necessarily extensive hands-on production experience).

• Familiarity with cloud environments (Azure, AWS, or GCP) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proficient in English at an advanced level.
