This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.
β’ Develop robust, scalable, and efficient applications while overseeing and optimizing infrastructure.
β’ Design, implement, test, and maintain applications utilizing Java, collaborating with user requirements, system architecture, database integration, and troubleshooting, with an emphasis on performance, scalability, and alignment with organizational goals.
β’ Proficient in both back-end and front-end development (Java / Angular).
β’ Strong expertise in Java (Quarkus, Spring Boot, Maven, EJB, WebLogic) along with experience in Node.js, Angular, Bootstrap, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS.
β’ Experience with databases such as MySQL, Oracle, and Hive.
β’ Familiarity with DevOps practices.
β’ Knowledge of Agile methodologies, including Scrum, Kanban, Microsoft Solutions Framework (MSF), Extreme Programming (XP), and Lean Manufacturing.
β’ Understanding of distributed computing and microservices concepts.
β’ Experience with container orchestration tools (Kubernetes, Red Hat OpenShift, Rancher) β specifically Kubernetes clusters and associated resources.
β’ Proficient in using Docker containers.
β’ Skilled in continuous delivery processes and tools: CI/CD with Jenkins and Argo.
β’ Experience with public cloud platforms: IBM Cloud, Microsoft Azure, Google Cloud Platform (GCP), and AWS.
β’ Ability to build cloud monitoring solutions using Prometheus and Grafana.
β’ Experience in developing and integrating REST APIs.
β’ Knowledge in codebase and build management, along with version control using Git / GitLab.
