Fullstack Developer – JS, Scala/Elixir/Clojure, Docker

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Develop and sustain systems utilizing **Haskell (backend)** and **PureScript (frontend)**, with onboarding assistance.

• Engage in **pair programming** on a daily basis and take part in **code reviews**.

• Address challenges involving:

• Contribute to a system that emphasizes **correctness, reliability, and maintainability**.

• Operate within **fully Dockerized environments** for both development and execution.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong knowledge of **JavaScript (vanilla ES5/ES6)** — beyond just frameworks.

• Comprehensive grasp of **functional programming principles**.

• Solid **computer science fundamentals**.

• Practical experience with **Docker and Docker Compose**.

• Capability to work in both **frontend and backend contexts**.

• Comfortable in **collaborative environments** (pair programming, code reviews).

• Proficient in English (both written and spoken).

• Experience with **functional or strongly-typed languages**.

• Familiarity with **test-driven development (TDD)**.

• Exposure to **distributed systems or microservices**.

• Knowledge of AWS (not mandatory).
