Fullstack Developer, Java, Mid-level

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create web applications utilizing the Java programming language, adhering to established software development standards and best practices;

• Assist in the design and architecture of intricate systems, which includes defining design patterns, developing reusable components, and strategies for scalability;

• Develop server-side functionalities and integrate them with front-end technologies in web applications;

• Produce clean, efficient, and scalable code, ensuring the quality and reliability of the software;

• Conduct unit and integration tests to confirm the proper operation of developed features;

• Collaborate with the development team by participating in planning sessions, code reviews, and other project-related activities;

• Provide ongoing maintenance for current applications, addressing bugs, implementing new features, and refactoring code as necessary.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency with Java versions 8 and 11

• Familiarity with Spring MVC and Spring Boot

• Experience with Hibernate and HQL

• Understanding of Oracle Database (19c)

• Proficiency in Thymeleaf

• Experience with JSP

• Knowledge of Git

• Familiarity with Jenkins

• Experience in unit testing

• Knowledge of Flyway

• Understanding of agile methodologies (preferred)

• Familiarity with microservices (preferred)

• Knowledge of messaging systems (preferred)

• Understanding of SOLID principles (preferred)
