Fullstack Developer – Flutter, Node Specialist II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Provide technical direction for development: Act as the technical authority for Flutter and Node (fullstack) within the team, setting architectural standards, reusable components, and implementation approaches for intricate features.

• Design scalable solutions: Recommend and execute architectural choices that guarantee scalability, maintainability, and system performance, considering a platformization context.

• Maintain quality and technical governance: Create and communicate coding standards, testing methodologies, and CI/CD procedures, conduct comprehensive code reviews, and ensure high delivery quality.

• Mentor and nurture the team: Actively facilitate the technical advancement of junior developers through mentorship, pair programming, tech talks, and ongoing knowledge sharing.

• Collaborate strategically with stakeholders: Engage in product and business discussions, convert complex requirements into feasible technical solutions, and provide technical insights for strategic decisions.

• Propel technical innovation: Investigate and suggest new technologies, tools, and practices that enhance development efficiency and improve user experience.

• Manage essential technical debt: Recognize, prioritize, and spearhead refactoring and technical enhancement initiatives that positively influence code quality and team productivity.

⛳️ Requirements

• Flutter (4+ years): Extensive experience in complex production projects, state management, modular architectures, and performance optimization.

• Node.js (4+ years): Significant experience in developing REST and GraphQL APIs utilizing Express, Fastify, or NestJS.

• Databases: Proficient in modeling and performance optimization within SQL environments (Postgres/MySQL) and NoSQL (MongoDB/DynamoDB).

• Architecture & Quality: Strong understanding of Clean Architecture, SOLID principles, microservices, automated testing, and software resilience.

• DevOps & Cloud: Hands-on experience with CI/CD, Docker, Kubernetes, and cloud services (AWS or GCP).

• End-to-end perspective: Capability to operate across the entire stack from frontend to backend infrastructure.

• Technical leadership & influence: Acknowledged authority for architectural choices, standards establishment, and leadership through influence (without formal authority).

• Mentorship & culture: Commitment to team development through code reviews, training, and documentation-driven knowledge-sharing.

• Business & systems thinking: Ability to link technical decisions to product impact (time-to-market), viewing the application as an integrated system.
