Fullstack Developer – DevOps

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Create user-friendly, responsive dashboards and interfaces that simplify complex AI interactions for both internal and client users.

• Design and manage the cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure/GCP) necessary for hosting AI applications and overseeing API connections.

• Develop robust ETL pipelines to ingest, cleanse, and transfer data into data lakes for AI processing.

• Ensure that all AI products comply with stringent data privacy standards, particularly when dealing with sensitive client information.

• Implement automation solutions in the cloud.

• Set up CI/CD pipelines to enable the AI Task Force to deploy updates quickly and reliably.

• Design, maintain, and optimize data lake architectures (S3/ADLS/GCS) and warehouse layers (Snowflake/Redshift/BigQuery), focusing on partitioning strategies, schema governance, and cost optimization.

• Keep thorough documentation of data flows, transformation logic, and source-to-target mappings to support auditability and regulatory compliance.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in an agency setting (or a fast-paced consulting environment).

• Demonstrated enthusiasm for AI tools with at least 2-3 documented use cases applied to current or previous projects.

• More than 5 years of experience, with expertise in frontend frameworks (React/Next.js) and backend environments (Node.js/Python).

• Proficient in dimensional modeling (star/snowflake schemas) and familiar with dbt or similar transformation frameworks for maintaining clean, versioned data models.

• Ability to provision and version data infrastructure using Terraform or CloudFormation, ensuring reproducibility across various environments (dev/staging/prod).

• Proven track record in building ETL pipelines and connecting with third-party APIs.

• Relevant certifications are considered a plus.

• Demonstrated experience in managing cloud services, containers (Docker/Kubernetes), and serverless architectures.

• Deep knowledge of connecting disparate systems via REST/GraphQL APIs and managing authentication.

• Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases and constructing data pipelines for large-scale ingestion.

• Strong comprehension of web security, encryption, and data residency requirements.

• Capability to build and iterate on products in a fast-paced environment, emphasizing the delivery of high-quality code.
