Fullstack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Turkey.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain robust frontend and backend functionalities utilizing React and Node.js.

• Build our essential products, which include donation checkouts, embeddable widgets, and donor/partner portals.

• Design and implement system components that can scale to handle millions of transactions monthly.

• Produce clean, well-documented, and easily testable code.

• Lead discussions on architecture and technical design to uncover elegant solutions for intricate challenges.

• Guide colleagues through thoughtful code reviews and offer constructive insights.

• Collaborate with product managers and designers to clarify needs and influence the product roadmap.

• Actively identify and address bugs, performance issues, and opportunities for optimization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 7 years of professional fullstack development experience.

• Profound knowledge of modern JavaScript (including event loop, closures, promises, prototypes).

• Mastery of React and its ecosystem (familiarity with Vue is an advantage).

• Strong backend development skills with Node.js (experience with Koa or NestJS is highly desirable).

• Proficient in Webpack configuration, performance optimization, and profiling.

• A meticulous eye for detail and a strong sense of ownership and accountability for your contributions.
