Fullstack AI Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Uruguay.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with various teams to design and develop AI-enhanced applications and internal platforms.

• Contribute to backend services, APIs, integrations, and frontend components as necessary.

• Assist in the development and deployment of scalable AI and LLM-based solutions.

• Convert business and technical requirements into effective functional solutions.

• Rapidly prototype, test, and iterate on new concepts and AI use cases.

• Operate in dynamic environments with shifting priorities and technologies.

• Contribute to reusable engineering patterns, internal tools, and shared components.

• Engage in code reviews, technical discussions, and collaborative problem-solving.

• Learn and adopt new frameworks, cloud technologies, and AI tools as needed for the project.

• Uphold high standards for code quality, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Strong professional experience in fullstack software development.

• Proficient in Python development.

• Practical experience in building frontend applications using React, TypeScript, JavaScript, or similar modern frameworks.

• Knowledge of backend development concepts and API design.

• Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

• Familiarity with AI/LLM applications, prompt engineering, or automation tools is an advantage.

• Understanding of cloud-native architectures, deployment workflows, and contemporary engineering practices.

• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.

• Ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and changing requirements.

• Comfortable working in collaborative and fast-paced settings.

• Possess curiosity, an ownership mindset, and a commitment to continuous learning.

• Advanced English proficiency is required for both written and verbal communication.

• Preferred: 3+ years of professional fullstack software engineering experience.

• Experience in AI projects is a plus.
