Full Time Home Office

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Peru.

📋 Description

• Provide customer service for Claro

• Manage the retention of services

• Offer promotions, discounts, and alternatives based on customer needs

• Participate in paid virtual training from Monday to Saturday

• Work rotating shifts between 10:00 a.m. to 7:00 p.m. / 11:00 a.m. to 8:00 p.m.

• Have a rotating day off between Monday and Sunday

⛳️ Requirements

• Must have personal laptop or PC

• Wired internet connection with a minimum of 50 Mbps

• Currently reside in Peru

• Possess good communication skills, a commercial attitude, and a willingness to learn

• Education: Junior High School

• Professional experience: No prior experience required
