Full Time – Client Services Account Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Florida.

📋 Description

• Serves as the primary contact for designated clients

• Oversees and supports the implementation and execution of marketing campaigns for clients following account acquisition

• Conducts regular database maintenance to ensure CRM accuracy and facilitate quick data retrieval

• Works collaboratively with internal teams to accurately and promptly meet client requests and execute campaigns

• Investigates and resolves issues raised by clients

• Communicates with clients and internal teams in a professional, clear, accurate, and courteous manner

• Achieves and maintains a high level of client retention annually

• Holds regularly scheduled reporting calls with each client to present campaign performance data in an easily digestible format

• Keeps thorough records of all client interactions in our CRM system (currently ClickUp)

• Supports the internal team in conveying strategies for each assigned account, including PPC, SEO, Marketing Automation, Social Media, Website Development, Mass Media, etc.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in marketing account management is essential

• Familiarity with digital marketing (Websites, SEO, PPC, Social Media, etc.) as well as Mass Media (Radio, TV, Billboards, etc.) is required

• Demonstrates a commitment to continuous learning with a track record of striving for excellence in any position

• Strong listening skills along with excellent verbal communication and professional writing abilities

• Technologically proficient, capable of navigating various internet and software platforms to perform tasks effectively

• Basic understanding of digital marketing reporting and a keen interest in analyzing metrics

• Exceptional time management skills
