Full Stack Software Engineer – QA Support Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Assist in the design, development, testing, and upkeep of full-stack web applications.

• Create and sustain frontend functionalities utilizing TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and contemporary frameworks like Angular.

• Aid in the development of backend APIs and services using C# and ASP.NET Web API.

• Support SQL Server development, encompassing queries, stored procedures, views, and data validation tasks.

• Conduct functional, regression, integration, and usability testing for web applications and APIs.

• Create or update automated test cases, test scripts, and related testing documentation.

• Identify, document, reproduce, and monitor software defects until resolution.

• Assist with CI/CD pipeline operations and adhere to secure coding best practices.

• Take part in Agile ceremonies such as backlog refinement, sprint planning, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate directly with customers, operations teams, and program stakeholders to comprehend needs, gather requirements, clarify expectations, and ensure alignment with business objectives.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in supporting web application development and/or software testing.

• Proficiency in developing or supporting applications using TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and frontend frameworks such as Angular.

• Skilled in C# and ASP.NET MVC/Web API development.

• Knowledgeable in SQL Server, T-SQL queries, stored procedures, and relational database principles.

• Experience in conducting manual testing, regression testing, or QA validation activities.

• Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes and Agile methodologies.

• Excellent troubleshooting, analytical, and communication abilities.
