Full Stack Software Engineer – .NET, React, Blazor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain web applications utilizing **.NET (ASP.NET Core), React, and/or Blazor**

• Actively engage in **application and system design decisions**, offering clear technical guidance

• Contribute to and critically assess code base proposals, implementing best practices, risk management, and innovation

• Collaborate closely with product, design, QA, and other engineers within an Agile/Scrum framework

• Balance modernization initiatives with the stability and maintainability of existing systems

• Create and utilize **RESTful APIs** adhering to best practices for reliability and security

• Write, enhance, and manage **SQL Server queries, views, and stored procedures**, with a strong emphasis on performance

• ✅ Must-Have Requirements

• - Extensive professional experience with **.NET and ASP.NET Core**

• - **Significant experience with React or Blazor**

• - Candidates with strong Blazor expertise should be **open to learning React**

• - Robust background in **system design and application architecture**

• - Practical experience in designing and working with **microservices and distributed systems**

• - Ability to articulate and justify technical decisions clearly, including architectural trade-offs

• - Experience operating within Agile/Scrum teams

• - Strong understanding of performance, scalability, maintainability, and clean code principles
