Full Stack Software Engineer – Insight Analytics

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Oklahoma.

📋 Description

• Design and develop full-stack features utilizing our TypeScript frontend and TypeScript Lambda backends.

• Model data and metrics using Cube.dev and create embedded analytics experiences through Embeddable components.

• Take ownership of the production lifecycle for your features, including CI/CD, performance monitoring, observability, and post-deployment validation.

• Implement your own AWS infrastructure (Lambda, IAM, networking, storage) using Terraform; we have a dedicated AWS engineer available to review and collaborate with you on more complex tasks.

• Engage in daily work within Claude Code and contribute to the team's AI context library, prompts, and process enhancements.

• Collaborate with our designer, data engineers, and dashboard configuration lead to deliver features that perform well with real customer data.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in professional software engineering, specifically in shipping production systems.

• Proficient knowledge of TypeScript for both frontend (React) and backend (Node/Lambda or similar) development.

• Basic understanding of Python; while it’s not the primary language for this role, you should be comfortable reading and contributing to Python code.

• Practical experience using Claude Code or similar agentic coding tools as part of your everyday workflow.

• Hands-on experience with AWS in a production setting.

• **Bonus**

• Experience in building analytics or BI products such as dashboards, drill-downs, semantic modeling, and query performance.

• Familiarity with Cube.dev or similar semantic layers (dbt plus a serving layer, LookML, AtScale, etc.).

• Experience with Embeddable or similar embedded analytics frameworks.

• Knowledge of Terraform or other Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools. While you don't need to be the AWS expert, having the ability to set up your own infrastructure for review is a significant advantage.

• Experience with serverless architectures and event-driven systems on AWS.

• Background in working with data pipelines, data warehouses (Iceberg, Snowflake, Redshift, etc.), or pre-aggregation strategies.
