Full Stack Software Engineer – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Develop end-to-end product features for both customer-facing and internal applications.

• Create web flows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in areas such as insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Contribute to the development of tools that minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency across the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 3 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Solid understanding of both frontend and backend fundamentals.

• Familiarity with modern web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Capable of rapidly developing valuable products without requiring detailed specifications.

• Strong product intuition, awareness of user experience, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in debugging across the entire stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-volume platforms is highly beneficial.
