Full Stack Software Engineer – Finance Super App

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Develop both customer-facing and internal product functionalities from start to finish.

• Create web workflows, backend APIs, administrative tools, dashboards, and operational systems.

• Provide support for products in insurance, payments, savings, investing, travel, and financial services.

• Collaborate with product, design, mobile, and operations teams to ensure rapid launches.

• Integrate APIs, manage data flows, and enhance production reliability.

• Utilize analytics, user feedback, and production issues to refine features post-launch.

• Assist in creating tools that minimize manual tasks and enhance efficiency throughout the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in full-stack software engineering.

• Solid understanding of frontend and backend principles.

• Familiarity with contemporary web frameworks, APIs, databases, and production systems.

• Ability to swiftly develop valuable products without the need for perfect specifications.

• Strong product intuition, UX sensitivity, and meticulous attention to detail.

• Proficient in debugging across the entire stack.

• Experience in fintech, insurtech, marketplaces, consumer applications, or high-traffic platforms is highly advantageous.
