Full Stack Software Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and manage scalable applications across the entire stack (frontend, backend, and databases) using an AI-first development strategy.

• Collaborate with product managers, designers, and engineers to deliver high-quality features within deadlines.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle (planning, development, testing, deployment, and maintenance).

• Contribute to system architecture while consistently enhancing engineering standards.

• Ensure the performance, responsiveness, and reliability of applications.

• Write and uphold unit and integration tests.

• Effectively troubleshoot, debug, and resolve technical issues.

• Integrate third-party APIs and external services.

• Maintain comprehensive documentation for systems, architecture, and workflows.

• Provide support and mentorship to junior developers as necessary.

• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies, including sprint planning, stand-ups, and retrospectives.

• Collaborate closely with QA to enhance testing strategies and automation coverage.

• Champion modern development practices and advocate for continuous improvement.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in full-stack development.

• Proficiency in React (with Tailwind CSS), Node.js, TypeScript, and Next.js (full-stack implementation).

• Experience with PostgreSQL or other relational databases.

• Understanding of REST APIs, GraphQL, and web services.

• Familiarity with AWS or GCP and DevOps practices (e.g., Terraform).

• Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines (e.g., GitHub Actions).

• Experience with testing frameworks such as Cypress or Playwright.

• Strong problem-solving skills, analytical thinking, and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication abilities (both technical and non-technical).

• Capability to work independently in a dynamic, agile environment.
