Full-stack Software Engineer – AI Developer Tools

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Develop the infrastructure, interfaces, and applications to deliver exceptional service to our members.

• Advance Alan into the AI-native engineering era by creating tools and infrastructure that empower both engineers and non-engineers to contribute with confidence.

• Enhance Hopper, Alan's proprietary background coding agent, along with the infrastructure that ensures its reliability.

• Facilitate non-engineer contribution tools for designers, PMs, and operations as independent contributors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years in full-stack software engineering positions.

• Proven experience in developing internal platforms, frameworks, CLIs, or libraries that enhance developer workflows.

• Familiarity with LLM APIs, agent orchestration frameworks, or AI-assisted coding tools is a significant advantage.

• A passion for creating enjoyable experiences, whether through UI or API development.

• Proficient in English (French language skills are not necessary).
