Full-Stack Software Engineer – AI Accelerated

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and operationalize AI systems (e.g., Conversational AI, RAG, agents, Voice)

• Create scalable backend architectures for a multi-tenant SaaS environment

• Make fundamental technical decisions (cloud, data models, infrastructure, tooling)

• Take complete ownership of features and systems from conception to deployment with clients

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in building production-ready software (startup, scale-up, or similar)

• You take responsibility and require minimal supervision

• Pragmatic, decisive, and committed to completing tasks

• Enjoy direct communication with customers and understand their needs

• Genuine interest in AI engineering and its practical applications

• Proficient in German (at least C1 level)
