Full Stack Product Engineer – Agentic Workflows

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Pennsylvania.

📋 Description

• Build with Leverage: Take charge of implementing new product features and a decoupled architecture utilizing Next.js and React, with a strong emphasis on performance and minimal technical debt.

• Orchestrate Agentic Workflows: Embed Cursor and agentic engineering practices into your daily development routine.

• Integrate Headless Infrastructure: Create clean, reusable front-end components that integrate effortlessly with a Headless CMS (Optimizely/ODP), ensuring rapid content delivery at the edge.

• Collaborate across the Core: Work closely with our Data and DevOps teams to ensure that everything we deliver maintains data integrity across our Snowflake core, supports progressive profiling, and flows smoothly through our automated CI/CD pipeline.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3+ Years of Experience: You have significant experience in production codebases, developing modern full-stack web applications.

• The Modern Stack: You possess deep knowledge of Next.js, React, RESTful APIs, and cloud deployments (Vercel/GitHub Actions).

• Augmented Engineering Native: Over the past year, you have progressed beyond basic code completion into advanced, hands-on utilization of Cursor and agentic software tools.

• Product Mentality: You appreciate the "why" behind the code, understanding how a refined interface or integration contributes to user retention, direct data-sharing utility, and business revenue.

• Autonomy: You thrive in a distributed environment where documentation is crucial, specifications guide development, and independent problem-solving is valued over micromanagement.
