Full Stack .Net/Angular Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Oversee the creation of scalable and maintainable solutions for Freedom UI Design Time and customization tools.

• Establish and guide the technical direction and architectural decisions in collaboration with the team.

• Engage actively in development, particularly in complex or high-impact areas.

• Mentor engineers, facilitate their professional advancement, and cultivate a robust engineering culture.

• Coordinate team processes and ceremonies, including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and sprint reviews.

• Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to ensure technical solutions are aligned with product objectives.

• Promote enhancements in development processes, engineering standards, and best practices.

• Uphold high-quality engineering practices.

• Assist in resolving intricate technical and product challenges when extensive technical expertise is needed.

• Contribute to knowledge sharing and ongoing improvement within the team and organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6+ years of professional software development experience.

• 2+ years of experience in a Tech Lead or Team Lead capacity.

• Proficient hands-on experience with Angular, TypeScript, and contemporary frontend development.

• Practical experience utilizing AI coding assistants in genuine development workflows (GitHub Copilot, Codex, Claude, or similar).

• Background in developing complex web applications or UI tooling.

• Strong grasp of software architecture and design principles (SOLID, modular architecture, scalable UI applications).

• Familiarity with automated testing methodologies and tools for frontend applications.

• Experience with Git and modern development workflows.

• Capability to make technical decisions, mentor engineers, and drive team outcomes.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

• Proficiency in English: Upper-Intermediate or higher.
