Full Stack .NET Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain enterprise-level applications utilizing C# and .NET technologies.

• Create clean, maintainable, and scalable code that adheres to established design patterns and best practices (e.g., SOLID principles).

• Develop and customize user interfaces with DevExpress components to ensure responsive and user-friendly experiences.

• Integrate both internal and third-party APIs, focusing on designing RESTful services and managing authentication mechanisms such as OAuth and token-based systems.

• Write optimized SQL queries and manage database objects, which include stored procedures, functions, and scheduled SQL jobs.

• Develop and maintain Windows Services and solutions for background processing to handle high-volume or long-running operations.

• Participate in and maintain CI/CD pipelines and code repositories using Azure DevOps.

• Troubleshoot and resolve complex production issues through effective debugging, log analysis, and root cause determination.

• Enhance application and database performance through tuning and monitoring techniques.

• Create and maintain clear, structured, and auditable technical documentation, including design documentation and change records.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality delivery that aligns with business requirements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 6 years of software development experience with C# and .NET in enterprise production settings.

• Strong expertise in:

• .NET Framework 4.8

• .NET Core

• .NET 6+

• Demonstrated ability to design scalable systems and implement maintainable code using contemporary design patterns.

• Hands-on experience with DevExpress UI controls and component customization.

• Experience in API integration, including RESTful services, authentication (OAuth/token-based), and data transformation.

• Strong proficiency in SQL Server, including:

• Writing complex and optimized queries

• Designing stored procedures and functions

• Managing SQL Jobs

• Performance tuning (indexing, execution plans)

• Experience in developing Windows Services and background processes with logging, scheduling, and monitoring capabilities.

• Practical experience with Azure DevOps, including:

• Repository management and branching strategies

• CI/CD pipeline development and maintenance

• Work item and release tracking

• A solid understanding of system architecture, encompassing REST APIs, service communication, and scalable, loosely coupled design.

• Experience with modern development tools, including AI-assisted tools (e.g., Cursor), to enhance development efficiency and quality.

• Strong debugging and troubleshooting skills across multi-layered systems.

• Ability to produce clear, structured, and auditable technical documentation.

• Experience with Azure microservices architecture, including containerization and cloud-native design.

• Familiarity with distributed systems and scalable application patterns.

• Basic UI/UX design skills with a strong emphasis on usability and user experience.

• Capability to work both independently and collaboratively within a cross-functional team.
