Full Stack .Net Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Design, develop, test, and debug software applications.

• Collaborate with users and team members to address business challenges.

• Create applications in an object-oriented setting utilizing development technologies such as web services (Web API, Azure Functions, Azure Service Bus), C#, .Net, HTML, CSS, JavaScript frameworks, jQuery, and MVC.

• Establish guidelines and best practices for web development.

• Define system scope and objectives for application creation or modification.

• Analyze user requirements to establish site objectives and envision system features and functionality.

• Design and develop user interfaces for internet/intranet applications, setting expectations and priorities throughout the development life cycle; determine design methodologies and tools; complete programming using various languages and software; and design and execute tests.

• Suggest system solutions by evaluating the pros and cons of custom development versus purchasing options.

• Integrate applications by designing database architecture and server scripting; analyze and establish connectivity with network systems, search engines, and information servers.

• Finalize application development by coordinating requirements, schedules, and activities; contributing to team discussions; and troubleshooting issues across multiple environments and platforms.

• Assist users by creating documentation and support tools.

• Stay updated on new internet/intranet technologies and software products through research; participate in educational events; read professional literature; maintain professional networks; and engage in professional organizations.

• Enhance the organization's reputation by taking ownership of new and diverse requests and seeking opportunities to add value to work accomplishments.

• Support web application engineers by offering guidance, coaching, and educational resources.

⛳️ Requirements

• 6 years of experience in web application design and development using Visual Studio, C#, MVC, and ASP.NET.

• Strong back-end development skills are essential; experience with WebAPI and Azure Functions is preferred.

• Extensive experience with C# in an MVC environment.

• Capable of diagnosing issues and visualizing necessary changes, understanding impacts, and articulating design patterns and their appropriate applications.

• Well-versed in industry-standard literature and blogs.

• Actively involved in writing and executing unit tests.

• Experience in building cross-browser applications in an object-oriented environment utilizing development technologies such as web services, JavaScript, DHTML, XML, REST, and CSS.

• Proficient in working with relational databases, specifically SQL Server.

• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

• Strong skills in functioning as part of a cohesive and collaborative team.

• Capable of managing multiple priorities simultaneously.

• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
