Full Stack Engineer – Ruby/ReactJS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

• Complete product development from start to finish.

• Produce clean, reusable, and maintainable code.

• Develop tests to rigorously verify the accuracy of your code.

• Actively engage in identifying problems and proposing solutions.

• Collaborate with a cross-functional team to ensure the project aligns with business objectives and compliance standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience in Ruby development.

• Background in Trading including futures, cryptocurrency, day trading, or scalping.

• Strong general programming skills with the ability to navigate complex codebases.

• In-depth knowledge of Ruby, Ruby on Rails, and associated testing frameworks.

• Significant experience with ReactJS.

• Practical experience with various databases (e.g., RDBMS, Key Value / Tuple Store, Wide Column Store / Column Families, Document Store).

• Familiarity with cloud hosting services (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud, Digital Ocean, Heroku).

• Proficient in using the UNIX/Linux command line.

• Skilled in test-driven development practices.

• Capable of leading projects and working independently with minimal oversight.

• Possess a product-oriented mindset.

• Proficient in English, both written and spoken.
