This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

• Provide support for a Hiring Events platform, which is a dynamic and high-traffic production system.

• Identify and resolve issues affecting ongoing hiring events, ensuring system reliability and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction.

• Analyze, triage, and address production challenges impacting live hiring events.

• Monitor system performance and respond to alerts or any signs of performance decline.

• Collaborate with Client Support and GTM teams to address high-priority support tickets.

• Troubleshoot cross-system issues involving backend services, frontend applications, and integrations.

• Ensure compliance with Service Level Agreements (SLA) for issue resolution and platform reliability.

• Update and maintain event logic as system dependencies evolve over time.

• Assist in platform integrations, migrations, and architectural updates.

• Participate in build, release, and deployment processes.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or a related field.

• 3-5 years of experience in build and deployment processes utilizing Java, Spring Boot, and Kafka.

• Strong skills in debugging and troubleshooting production issues, with the ability to work across distributed systems and integrations.

• Familiarity with Python & Django as a secondary skill.

• Frontend experience using React.js.

• Experience with GraphQL for API development.

• Proficient in SQL and MongoDB databases.

• Experience with at least one of the following technologies: Dagster, Data Lakes, or Amazon Athena.

• Advanced proficiency in English communication.
