Full Stack Engineer – IAM Solutions

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and uphold tailored IAM applications, APIs, services, and automation that facilitate identity lifecycle management, role-based access, entitlement management, and provisioning workflows.

• Build comprehensive solutions that promote secure identity orchestration, access automation, and administrative workflows across various platforms, including Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise applications.

• Design and sustain automated processes for joining, moving, and leaving employees, enhancing the speed, precision, and governance of user access.

• Collaborate with cybersecurity teams, infrastructure, business application stakeholders, and others to gather requirements and convert them into secure, scalable technical designs.

• Create and execute integrations among IAM platforms, enterprise systems, HR-driven workflows, ticketing systems, and internal tools utilizing APIs, web services, event-driven patterns, and data transformation logic.

• Develop and maintain solutions concerning identity attributes, access roles, group management, entitlement assignment, and policy-driven automation.

• Produce clean, efficient, and thoroughly documented code, along with reusable components, adhering to modern software engineering practices and utilizing suitable languages, frameworks, and development tools.

• Engage in the complete software development lifecycle, encompassing design, development, testing, deployment, documentation, and operational support.

• Diagnose and resolve incidents, defects, integration failures, provisioning issues, and access-related incidents while enhancing system stability and supportability.

• Ensure that IAM solutions are crafted with robust security controls, audit capabilities, resilience, and scalability in mind.

• Contribute to technical standards, design reviews, code reviews, and engineering practices that elevate solution quality and minimize risk.

• Assist in testing and validation efforts, including unit, integration, and end-to-end testing of IAM workflows and provisioning logic.

• Maintain technical documentation for system designs, workflows, integration points, and operational procedures.

• Stay updated on IAM trends, security practices, and modern software engineering methodologies, and propose enhancements when appropriate.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related field, or over 6 years of professional software engineering experience, including significant hands-on experience in building custom IAM, access automation, or enterprise integration solutions.

• Demonstrated experience in developing and supporting solutions that integrate with enterprise platforms such as identity providers, IT service management systems, CRM platforms, HR systems, or similar business applications.

• Proficiency in developing secure integrations and APIs across platforms such as Okta, Salesforce, ServiceNow, and other enterprise systems.

• Experience in creating automated provisioning, deprovisioning, and access governance solutions.

• Over 7 years of experience in designing and delivering custom IAM software solutions within a complex enterprise environment.

• Relevant certifications: CISSP, IDPro, CCSP, CIMP, Okta Certified Professional or Developer, MS Azure SC-300, AWS CCP, AWS CSA.
