• Operate across our agentic platform stack to connect services, tools, and data sources into dependable, observable workflows.
• Convert UX designs and design systems into clean, maintainable frontend code (React), linking APIs, state, and components.
• Collaborate with product managers, UX designers, and fellow engineers to decompose requirements, estimate workloads, and deliver in iterative phases.
• Write clear, testable code accompanied by suitable unit/integration tests and engage in code review sessions.
• Assist in maintaining engineering standards, tooling, and CI/CD practices for secure, scalable AI workloads.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues across the entire stack (backend, integrations, and frontend behavior).
• A minimum of 4 years of experience in software engineering, with considerable time spent in Python developing production services.
• Practical experience integrating with LLMs or AI services (such as AWS Bedrock, OpenAI, Anthropic, LangChain, AgentCore, or similar).
• Strong proficiency in API design and implementation (REST/JSON; GraphQL is a plus).
• Comprehensive understanding of data modeling, persistence, and integration (SQL/NoSQL, queues, event-driven patterns, etc.).
• Working knowledge of modern frontend frameworks (React preferred; Vue/Angular is acceptable with a willingness to work in React).
• Capability to transform Figma/wireframes/design specifications into responsive, accessible UI using a component library/design system (e.g., Tailwind + component kits).
• Experience with cloud-native development in at least one major cloud platform (AWS preferred) and familiarity with containerization/orchestration concepts.
• Knowledge of secure coding practices, authentication/authorization patterns (OAuth/OIDC, RBAC), and observability (logging, metrics, tracing).
• Comfortable working in an agile environment with iterative delivery, backlog management (e.g., Jira), and collaboration tools.
