Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, encompassing schema design, API implementation, React UI development, and deployment.

• Create and develop scalable RESTful and GraphQL APIs, prioritizing clarity, performance, and developer experience.

• Design and integrate services hosted on Azure, including Azure Functions, Cosmos DB, Azure AI, and Azure DevOps pipelines.

• Incorporate AI functionalities into products by leveraging LLM APIs, constructing prompt pipelines, and integrating Azure OpenAI or Cognitive Services into features.

• Actively utilize AI tools in your daily tasks for generation, debugging, test coverage, and documentation, viewing them as enhancers rather than substitutes.

• Engage in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical planning alongside engineering teams and client stakeholders.

• Monitor, instrument, and enhance performance across the entire stack, addressing issues from slow queries to front-end bundle size.

• Contribute to elevating the engineering standards through documentation, tooling, shared patterns, and mentoring junior colleagues.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 4 years of professional full-stack development experience with Node.js and React (or Next.js).

• Proficient in TypeScript; it should be your go-to choice.

• Practical experience with Microsoft Azure (Functions, App Service, Blob Storage, DevOps, or similar services).

• Strong relational database expertise: schema design, query optimization, and indexing (preferably PostgreSQL).

• Experience in designing clean REST or GraphQL APIs and understanding when to select each approach.

• Proven, active utilization of AI tools in your engineering processes, with specific examples of their impact.

• Familiarity with authentication patterns: JWT, OAuth 2.0, and session management.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines (such as GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, or similar tools).

• Excellent asynchronous written communication skills in English, capable of clearly articulating technical decisions in Slack threads or documentation.
