Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Europe.

📋 Description

• Design and develop production-quality products from start to finish—covering back-end to UI—across consumer applications, developer-oriented technologies, and internal platform tools.

• Create high-performance back-ends and services that these products rely on.

• Develop developer technologies such as SDKs, APIs, CLIs, libraries, and starter kits to facilitate building on the platform.

• Construct internal tools and platform infrastructure that enhance the team's overall productivity.

• Operate independently: monitor the ecosystem and the team's requirements, identify gaps, and propose and implement solutions that drive progress.

• Collaborate with DevRel, Marketing, and Business Development to ensure your creations resonate with users and developers, aligning with go-to-market strategies.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in TypeScript across the entire stack.

• Familiarity with Golang where applicable.

• Ability to create high-quality, production-ready front-ends.

• Strong back-end engineering skills—APIs, services, and the underlying data layer.

• Genuine enthusiasm for cryptocurrency and on-chain products.

• Demonstrated ownership and self-direction—you generate ideas rather than just executing them.

• Capable of adjusting approaches: quickly prototype to validate a feature, then transition into a steady-state mode to solidify the valuable components—tests, edge cases, and reliability.

• Experience with Web3/on-chain technologies—smart contracts (Solidity/EVM), wallets, or building decentralized applications (Nice to Have).

• Background in developing developer technologies—SDKs, APIs, CLIs, or libraries—and the accompanying documentation and starter kits (Nice to Have).

• Strong design abilities for creating polished product UIs (Nice to Have).

• Good understanding of the competitive landscape and the attributes that distinguish quality web3 products (Nice to Have).
