Full-Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Serve as the main technical liaison for our healthcare "vibe coders," troubleshooting and resolving intricate platform and code-related challenges.

• Create, develop, and sustain full-stack features, internal tools, and diagnostics designed to eliminate developer friction proactively.

• Compose optimized SQL queries, craft resilient schemas, and build secure, type-safe REST APIs to enhance platform functionalities.

• Guide features from their initial concept to full production, collaborating closely with the core engineering team to integrate developer feedback into the product.

⛳️ Requirements

• 3-5 years of professional web development experience in a dynamic environment.

• Strong expertise in React, Next.js, and contemporary state management techniques.

• Profound knowledge of TypeScript for constructing robust, type-safe systems.

• Comprehensive backend experience with Node.js and REST/API development, along with strong SQL capabilities (crafting efficient queries, designing relational schemas).

• Demonstrated ability to manage features from start to finish and operate independently within a collaborative team framework.

• Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal, adequate for direct interactions with customers and developers.

• Nice to have:

• Experience with the Cloudflare ecosystem (Workers, Pages, CDN/caching, DNS configuration).

• Previous experience in a developer-facing position (Support Engineering, DX, or Technical Account Management).

• Knowledge of healthcare data standards or security compliance (HIPAA, SOC2).
