Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Design and take ownership of the technical architecture of The SOURCE®

• Transform creative, brand, and agency workflows into scalable systems

• Develop a platform that accommodates current services and future SaaS solutions

• Make informed choices regarding build, purchase, or automate options

• Deliver quickly, iterate frequently, and prioritize leverage over perfection

• Create internal tools that minimize scope creep and operational inefficiencies

• Incorporate AI, automation, and workflow tools where they add real value

• Set technical standards, documentation, and patterns from the outset

• Serve as a strategic partner to the founder on product vision and sequencing

• Assist in defining what Radiance *should* and *should not* create

• Prepare the foundation for future engineering hires and contributors

• Take responsibility for outcomes, not merely code

⛳️ Requirements

• 6–12+ years of experience in engineering, product, or technical architecture roles

• Proven experience in developing platforms or internal systems from inception to v1 (or further)

• Strong product intuition: you think in systems rather than just features

• Comfortable navigating ambiguity with changing requirements

• Capable of translating non-technical requirements into technical solutions

• Pragmatic, opinionated, and focused on execution

• Familiarity with modern web stacks, APIs, automation, and AI tools

• Preference for leverage, simplicity, and compounding value
