Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Develop and maintain essential backend services, APIs, and data layers that drive the TITLES platform.

• Work in partnership with product, design, and data teams to define and implement features from start to finish.

• Create scalable, secure, and observable systems that can accommodate rapid user growth.

• Contribute across the technology stack, including frontend applications (e.g., React), with a primary focus on enhancing user experience.

• Lead CI/CD processes, automate infrastructure, and enhance developer tools.

• Explore and utilize AI-assisted coding tools, agents, and workflows to boost delivery speed, quality, and testing.

• Participate in evolving system architecture with strong perspectives on modularity, APIs, and service boundaries.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of professional software engineering experience, ideally within startups, delivering products end-to-end.

• Strong backend expertise in Node.js and TypeScript, including hands-on API and service development.

• Proficient with modern databases (e.g., PostgreSQL), data modeling, and performance optimization techniques.

• Experience with frontend technologies such as React and current JavaScript frameworks.

• Proficient in working with cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP, serverless, containers) and CI/CD pipelines.

• Proven track record of using, customizing, or integrating AI coding tools, code generation, agents, or developer automation within production workflows.

• Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical trade-offs and collaborating across teams.
