Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product features encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

• Design customer and internal workflows for onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk management.

• Transform vague product challenges into effective systems with intuitive user experience and dependable backend logic.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, mobile developers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to ensure rapid launches and continuous enhancements post-release.

• Create internal tools and automation processes that minimize manual tasks and enable teams to function efficiently at scale.

• Take ownership of your work beyond deployment: monitor performance, troubleshoot issues, gain insights, and implement improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive full stack engineering experience with successfully launched products.

• Proficient in frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and production-level debugging.

• Strong frontend skills utilizing React, Next.js, Vue, or similar modern frameworks.

• Solid backend foundations concerning APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and system reliability.

• Exceptional product insight and a knack for streamlining complex workflows.

• Capable of working swiftly amidst uncertainty and taking full responsibility for outcomes from start to finish.
