Full Stack Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Australia.

📋 Description

• Develop and deliver comprehensive product features encompassing frontend, backend, APIs, and databases.

• Design workflows for customers and internal processes related to onboarding, accounts, payments, rewards, travel, foreign exchange, support automation, KYC, and risk management.

• Transform vague product challenges into functional systems with intuitive user experiences and robust backend logic.

• Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, mobile developers, backend engineers, and AI specialists to facilitate rapid launches and subsequent improvements.

• Create internal tools and automation processes that minimize manual tasks and enable teams to scale efficiently.

• Take ownership of your work post-launch: monitor performance, debug issues, gather insights, and implement enhancements.

• Extensive experience in full stack engineering with tangible products that have been launched.

• Proficiency in frontend, backend, APIs, databases, and debugging in production environments.

• Strong frontend development skills using React, Next.js, Vue, or other similar modern frameworks.

• Solid foundational knowledge in backend development concerning APIs, data models, authentication, integrations, and system reliability.

• Keen product insight and the capability to streamline complex workflows.

• Ability to work efficiently in uncertain situations and take full responsibility for project outcomes from start to finish.
