Full Stack Developer – RoR, React Native

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Oversee the technical implementation and quality assurance of our new B2C product: Full Stack Development.

• Develop and sustain features from start to finish - encompassing Rails API endpoints and React Native screens.

• Engage in architectural decisions and maintain high standards through code evaluations and testing procedures.

• Collaborate with social media APIs (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and integrate third-party services.

• Take part in the deployment pipeline, ensuring product stability and performance in the production environment.

• Work closely with product and design teams to transform user requirements into technical implementations.

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience working with Ruby / Rails.

• Relevant background in React (preferably the Native version).

• Capability to influence the technical trajectory of early-stage projects.

• Independent, organized, and proactive, with a proven ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

• Familiarity with utilizing AI to enhance productivity.

• Empathetic and enthusiastic about collaborating with individuals from diverse backgrounds.

• Strong communication skills, capable of effective collaboration across various teams.

• Proficient in English.
