Full-Stack Developer, Power Platform

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Create, develop, and sustain Power Apps, Power Automate workflows, SharePoint solutions, and M365 integrations.

• Build REST APIs and backend services using .NET / C#, Azure App Service, along with React/TypeScript frontend components for internal tools and user interfaces.

• Enforce server-side security measures (RLS, Managed Identity, Key Vault) to replace outdated client-side approaches.

• Oversee Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines; engage in code reviews, documentation, and sprint rituals.

• Work collaboratively with stakeholders.

⛳️ Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years experience with Power Platform.

• Understanding of Azure fundamentals — including App Service, Azure SQL, Blob Storage, Key Vault, Entra ID / OAuth 2.0, and Managed Identity.

• Experience in SharePoint Online administration and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem (Teams, Forms, OneDrive).

• Proficiency in Azure DevOps — including boards, repositories, CI/CD pipelines; knowledge of Git branching and code review processes.

• Familiarity with regulated environments (GxP, audit trails, data integrity).

• Proficient in English.
