Full-stack Developer, PHP, TS

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Design, test, and maintain high-quality PHP applications;

• Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to define, design, and implement new features;

• Create clean, modular, and reusable code;

• Adhere to best practices such as SOLID, STUPID, design patterns, writing tests, and producing self-documenting or well-documented code;

• Enhance application performance and scalability;

• Diagnose and debug applications to fix performance and other issues;

• Keep abreast of emerging technologies and industry trends.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4 years of experience in modern web development;

• Proficient in PHP with expertise in at least one framework (Symfony / Api Platform / Laravel);

• Strong skills in JavaScript (ES6+) / TypeScript;

• Familiarity with frameworks such as React.js / Vue.js / Angular (or at least jQuery);

• Solid understanding of SQL (SQLite, MySQL, PostgreSQL, etc.), along with experience in caching and messaging tools like Memcached, Redis, MongoDB, and Message Queues;

• Comfortable working with technologies such as REST, JSON, XML, HTML, Git, Docker, etc.;

• A commitment to writing clean, maintainable code—implementing SOLID, DRY, KISS, Clean Architecture, and identifying code smells comes naturally;

• Adherence to best practices in security, performance, memory management, data structures, and scalability;

• Good understanding of server infrastructure and web protocols (HTTP, Web Sockets, etc.);

• Proficient in English at a minimum B1 level.
