Full Stack Developer – Back-End

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Design and maintain comprehensive applications, focusing on both frontend and backend aspects with an emphasis on quality, performance, and security.

• Assist the Tech Lead in analyzing technical requests, aiding in the definition of scope, risks, dependencies, and technical implications.

• Eliminate technical and access obstacles (environment, permissions, integrations, cross-team dependencies).

• Manage ad-hoc communications with internal stakeholders to clarify technical queries and align expectations when necessary.

• Act as the technical liaison among development, systems/product analysts, and QA to ensure a mutual understanding of requirements.

• Collaborate with the Tech Lead to define technical solutions, adhering to architectural standards and best practices.

• Ensure seamless integration among systems, APIs, and databases.

• Advocate and implement best practices for coding, version control, testing, and security.

• Assist the team in resolving more intricate technical challenges.

• Oversee application performance and contribute to enhancements and ongoing improvements.

• Guarantee delivery quality in partnership with QA, assisting in root-cause analysis and resolutions.

⛳️ Requirements

• A completed or in-progress Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.

• At least 3 years of significant experience as a Full Stack Developer.

• Strong expertise in:

• - Programming logic and development best practices;

• - API and services development;

• - Programming languages (.NET, C#, PL/pgSQL);

• - Frontend development (HTML5, CSS3, Bootstrap, Angular 7+, JavaScript);

• - Relational and non-relational databases (PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MySQL, Elasticsearch, etc.);

• - Code versioning (Git, GitFlow);

• - SOLID principles and Clean Code;

• - Software testing (unit and automated tests).

• Preferred:

• - Understanding of software architecture and design patterns;

• - Experience in the technical analysis of scope and impact;

• - Familiarity with observability and application monitoring;

• - Basic knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD;

• - Experience with system and environment integrations;

• - Awareness of information security applied to software development;

• - Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
