Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Complete development cycle of Seed-X products and features, from specifications to client delivery.

• Integration with various systems, including large data pipelines, distributed systems, and edge devices created by Seed-X and its partners.

• Take ownership of microservices from start to finish.

• Work collaboratively with Designers, Product Managers, and colleagues to produce outstanding products.

• Oversee and enhance our Data Tagging and Biological Experiments Management tools and systems.

• Assess and enhance the precision, scalability, and stability of Seed-X products, environments, and tools.

• Engage in continuous learning and assessment of new technologies, striving to discover and improve solutions and infrastructure.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of software development experience in a SaaS environment.

• More than 4 years of solid experience with Python (back-end).

• At least 3 years of experience utilizing ORMs, preferably Django.

• 3+ years of experience in developing modern web applications using the Vue.js (front-end) stack and TypeScript.

• Proficiency in cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS).

• Experience in creating modular user interfaces and familiarity with contemporary CSS frameworks, tools, and workflows.

• Understanding of relational and document data modeling.

• Proven experience in building production APIs.

• Knowledge of software engineering best practices, including unit testing, code reviews, design documentation, and modularity.

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent industry experience).
