Full Stack Developer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Philippines.

📋 Description

• Develop modular, reusable, and testable code for both frontend and backend systems.

• Assume responsibility for projects, driving decisions, achieving results, and maintaining code quality.

• Create new features and APIs by utilizing existing systems, even in the absence of comprehensive mockups.

• Prioritize user experience and usability by testing features from the perspective of end-users.

• Work collaboratively with QA to ensure the robustness and scalability of new releases.

• Collaborate with Product and Design teams to assess feasibility and enhance upcoming changes.

• Consistently refactor, optimize, and enhance code performance.

• Foster a culture of code reviews, testing, and best practices in CI/CD.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 5 years of experience as a Full Stack Developer using modern Python and JavaScript/TypeScript.

• Strong backend expertise in Python, preferably with FastAPI, Flask, or Django.

• Practical experience with GraphQL.

• Proficient in React, Next.js, or other similar frontend frameworks.

• Experience with Kafka and Redis, or comparable streaming/caching technologies.

• Solid knowledge of PostgreSQL and relational database design principles.

• Advocate for modern Python practices, including async/await, type hints, Pydantic, and data classes.

• Familiarity with AWS or Azure, Docker, and Kubernetes.

• Comfortable integrating REST APIs and navigating data-rich environments.

• Exceptional communication skills with a self-motivated and proactive approach.
